Very disappointed that no firm date could be given for delivery was trying to return to Audi after nearly 30 years with another make of car. We are the Meg which Avenue committed to once again is Mercedes-Benz taking delivery next week.

Very good service

Engineer forgot to reset dashboard notification following routine service. Audi came straight out to my home and reset.

Rebecca was very helpful and even waited on me until I arrived late to collect my car after being delayed in traffic coming from work.

Overall, it's great but must have been a glitch in the system as I did receive notification about the canister. When I called back to find out about it, Francesca was most helpful .

A1 service throughout

My vehicle has recently been fully detailed my myself taking 25 hrs , it had been washed 2 days prior to going in for the service, I specifically asked for it not to be washed just vacuumed out, this was done. I am quite annoyed that on the Health Check for Wheel Alignment…. The comments of “ TOO DIRTY TO INSPECT “ are written, can this be explained please. However in general I was very pleased with the service , and MOT that was carried out at Wearside branch . The service advisor David Gordon was friendly, helpful and professional so I would recommend this garage toany of my friends. Regards Dave
