I always find I have very good service keep up the good work

Following booking through central bookings team I recieved a link to provide more details of the issues though this was discussed in detail when making booking. I duly completed this yet it was never passed on to the dealership completing the work and I had to repeat it all when the vehicle was dropped off.Given there where concerns that there wouldn't be time to complete the required software update I was surprised time was wasted on the wide health check that I neither requested nor needed.The issue with the mms and solution of a software update are known a widely documented , why wasn't there a recall on the vehicle to resolve the matter.

The staff provide a very friendly and professional service to ensure that I can always say that I have experienced a very high level of customer satisfaction. Using the recommended Service Plan option has kept my maintenance costs to a minimum.

Helpful but could not get a car

Could not get answer to phone for over an hour.

A very good sales team! James was a real help and I never felt pushed by him for a sale. The whole team are very professional.

The call centre booked the MOT/tyre change at the incorrect garage (Newcastle vs Sunderland), but fortunately the Sunderland branch accommodated the service without any issues and David was very professional.

Totally hassle free purchase, Sarah tait was really helpful, friendly and nothing was ever a bother for her
