The person dealing with me at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel welcome and helped me with a query about my car wing mirror without hesitation. This is the first time I’ve visited Wearside Audi and it was a very good experience.

I got the car back on Friday all fixed. I had to return today to book it in again for 2 days as the same problems have occurred. This time I have been given a courtesy car which is a big help to me and my wife.
