Highlighting the monthly saving £2400 over the term but failed to mention the doubling of the ‘ balloon payment’ , very disappointing

The 4's were mainly because I have asked the dealership to delete my phone number on several occasions. Before the MOT was due, I received a phone call from the dealer. When my car was at the dealer, I received a text and an email with a link to the video. If they had done as I had asked and deleted my phone number, the phone call and text wouldn't have been possible. I have asked for my phone number to be deleted because last year I received way too many reminders and annoying calls. If I get any more I will look into the GDPR rules, as I am sure you are now in breach. I hope it goes without saying that I do not want a call about this feedback.

First car service was a pleasurable experience, Reception staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Service was carried out quickly and obviously very professional. 10/10 all-round.

Sarah Tate has been excellent throughout. Only came in to pick my A6 after an issue with windscreen washer pump, and ended up with a Q5.She has been very good and helpful throughout the process. Could have got the car slightly cheaper elsewhere but prefer to stay local.Hand over of the car went smoothly with no issues, helped by Sarah`s assistant Mellisa.Only issue with the car is My Audi.
