Sarah Tate has been excellent throughout. Only came in to pick my A6 after an issue with windscreen washer pump, and ended up with a Q5.She has been very good and helpful throughout the process. Could have got the car slightly cheaper elsewhere but prefer to stay local.Hand over of the car went smoothly with no issues, helped by Sarah`s assistant Mellisa.Only issue with the car is My Audi. Coming in this week to sort out and change number plates over.Well doneGeorge Burnip

Overall everything was excellent the only thing that disappointed us was that perished tyres on the vehicle which I bought were apparently acceptable as approved used Audi but this was beyond the control of the salesman Hughie who was fantastic
