The deal was done over the internet and phone. So I did not meet anyone except the driver who delivered the car. ( who was very polite and helpful). As discussed with Gareth (Wearside Audi) the following day, I had expected a brake fluid change as discussed with the booking agent, albeit as Gareth explained it was not necessary. The wipers were flagged for replacement (Red) on the report but this was not communicated to me verbally when contacted on the day to confirm the service has been completed. I was unaware also that the video message contained a link to add the wiper replacement to the service.

Have dealt with Sarah Tait who has always been very helpful. Will probably be in touch soon, regarding a new A1 35TFSI S Line or Black Edition.
