I was contacted over the phone about making an appointment to get a new car, under the guise I was in a ‘good position’ with my current car and I’d be offered deals for my loyalty. It turns out I’m not in a good position as my car is in negative equity, and a new like-for-like swap will cost me an extra £112 a month. A complete waste of time.
