Looking for a used Q7, none in stock asked if any close by to test drive no response after visit to show room. Customer service not great . Went to Mercedes Wearside and they were more than helpful with follow up emails and calls arranged test drive immediately. I know where I’m spending my money !!!!

Was told that with trade in the cash price was 25548 then when email came through this figure had changed to 26500 When asked about this was told a mistake had been made Car shown had a strong musty/damp odour Initial sales person Olivia presented well and covered things really well

Upon arriving in your Wearside garage I was met by friendly staff that couldn’t have done more for me. I felt that the information that I received was comprehensive and gave me a good overview of what I needed and how my needs could be met. I would like to commend the sales staff for this if possible.

The staff at Wearside are very friendly and accommodating. Adam has been very open in his dealings with me and always tried to get me a good deal. Unfortunately due to high retail prices, low Audi contributions and high interest rates a deal was not to be had.

Set a wiper blades for £77 is unacceptable highly recommended Bosch wiper blades from Halfords same set £23. Where do you get off charging nearly £55 more for the same wiper blades?
