The whole experience from first entering the showroom to discuss options for purchase of a new car to the day of collection of my new car was exceptional. The whole team from Receptionist to Sales Executive (Adam Corrie) to Business Manager (Sam ?) have been a pleasure to work with. Their friendly, relaxed but professional approach was second to none. My wife and I have both purchased cars from this dealership within the last six months and this is the eighth Audi we have purchased from the dealership over the last 17 years, we would not hesitate to recommend Wearside Audi to anyone.

Radio was left at full volume after service. I don't mind staff listening to radio whilst working but should reduce volume when they're finished.
