Kris and Sam were excellent with their customer commitment. They kept us up to date with every stage of the enquiry / purchase with email communications answered quickly. Stratstone need to learn about Customer Service from the Lookers Team.

I had an interesting customer experience on my last occasion. I knew that all four tyres would need replacing, so I phoned ahead to make sure they were in stock and I was quoted £234 a tyre (not an issue in itself). However, I was informed that Audi undertook a price-match agreement after undertaken a search and found an alternative at £219, I brought this to the centre's attention only to be informed by someone else that the price-match was no longer in place and had ended some time ago but that enquires would be made to see if that price could in fact be honoured. I later received the video which highlighted the need to have the tyres replaced but at a cost of £258. Three very different costs so far (two from Audi). However, the price-match was honoured and I am sincerely thankful for that. On picking the car up I was informed that my call had been checked and that the person I spoke to should not have offered the price-match and had made excuses for why they did. I did not need to know either of those things. The first would suggest that someone doubted what I had said and secondly, internal communication issues should be dealt with internally. A simple, 'our sincere for any inconvenience that may have been caused' would have been more prudent. Not the usual seamless Audi efficiency this time around I'm afraid.

Very friendly and efficient service top class

After being very excited and over the moon with all the sales team and everyone I spoke to in the show room the experienced was damped by the experience with the customer service team in the call centre try to organise change over of service plan. Which I will no longer take out with yourselves or promote.

One of the best experiences buying the used car. Sam and Hughie are true gentlemen as they answered all my queries with professionalism. I was supposed to buy Mercedese E class which I was negotiated with another dealer. However, when I met these 2 Gents, the way they come across my trust level went up and finally agreeing to buy Audi used car.
