I was delighted with the service throughout the process, Adam was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the initial purchase session clearly explaining the options available both on product and finance options. On handover he was particularly helpful taking me through all of the relevant dashboard and computer features and making sure that I was aware that I could contact him if I needed any assistance if there were any issues after I had taken delivery of the car

It would be helpful to know if the estimated time is likely to be exceeded during the visit so diaries can be managed. Very pleasant welcome on reception.
