The staff who dealt with my service from the booking to returning my car, were all very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I also found the video I received to be helpful and informative. Also a nice environment to sit and wait for my car.

Dealership is excellent however AUDI are a shambles ! They can sell a very expensive vehicle yet have no idea why the software is playing up or how to fix the problem….. very disappointing !!!

Amazing service, didnt have the car i wanted but was informed they had one coming in. I was informed instantly when the car had arrived so i could view it and put the deposit down. Was provided with an alloy refurbishment and body shop visit before picking up the car. Perfect service from kristian and the audi team
