The rep who initially dealt with our sale (Martin Blight) was excellent at looking into options around my budget and making things possible, organised a test drive and went the extra mile to give us an excellent customer service. The second rep Mark O’Neill was new to Audi and was excellent too whilst learning new business procedures. I think the unveiling of the car is a great experience, my second with Audi now!

Update on 07.06.2022 We have been contacted by Wearside Audi and provided with 6 months warranty. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the final report of the checks were handed to us on the delivery day, we found out that the mechanic who inspected the vehicle marked the brake pads and brake discs as - Further checks needed. When we asked, the sales person suggested we spoke to some one from the management team. The management team member promised us that they will send us an email stating 6 months warranty for the beak pads/discs. It has been almost two weeks, even after following up with the sales person twice via e-mail we haven't received any further communication.
