Yes - The service manager and team were able to correct a issue i had with the centre. They advised that the front control arms and bushes of my car were in urgent need of replacement. And were going to charge 630.00 + 120.00 for alignment. I took the car to ATS Euromaster and it was evident there was nothing wrong with the control arms or bushes. I paid 227.35 for the control arms and bushes replaced from ATS and took the control arms which Audi said were in urgent need or replacement. They then realised they were totally fine and they shouldnt have put these down for replacement and in general need to train their technicians to stop this. This was my week off work and was then spent unnecessary sorting the car due to the incompetenance. The service manager was very helpful and agreed they had made a mistake and then carried out a gearbox service , fuel filter change as a gesture so make things right. This shows they are very reasonable and have integrity. . The team also offered to replace my tyres with cheap tyres. They were then also offering pirelli pzeros for 230.00 per tyre I replaced all tyres with brandnew via Kwik fit for 550.00 myself. The team corrected a wrong and I am greatful for this and the way they reacted to their misjudgedment. The team are a credit and mistakes do happen. Prices do need reviewed as they are definately not in line with reality.

The day of collection apparently there was an issue with Audi Finance and the site being down it happened the day before as well apparently!! that's what I was told the morning I was meant to pick the car up, I had to wait a number of hours before I could pick my car up which had a knock on effect with my current car I was part ex with my car insurance, in the end I was picked up and my car driven on trade plates
