I received several requests to check my vehiin for the service online. These were fairly generic with content not applicable to me (e.g. MOT) and confusing to what I would be signing up for. Would suggest these are reworded or tailored to the customer otherwise they are a waste of time.

Was in for a water issue in the doors and got a full service. This was only done 3 weeks ago at the dealership so didn’t need to be done and could have made the job a lot quicker.
