The staff are very professional and have an excellent knowledge and expertise about the vehicle. They are also friendly and helpful. The dealership is a welcoming and comfortable area to visit and wait in.

Overall the experience was good however trying to source further detail about the financial package proved frustrating so I pulled out of the deal. Further frustration has come in that I have been waiting since Saturday 27th February for the £500 I deposited with Audi to be returned, as yet this has failed to happen. I called into the dealership on Saturday the 5th March to try and resolve the matter it couldn't be resolved then however I was assured it would be resolved today by the accountancy unit after which I would be contacted today to confirm the monies had been returned to my bank account, at this time, 16.09, nothing has happened. A check with my bank confirms that no monies have been deposited by Audi notwithstanding the monthly payment for servicing my current vehicle has been Direct Debited by Audi Finance. Ironical!

I was met by a very knowledgeable and personable salesperson. I did not proceed as there were technical problems in re-registering my Isle of Man Registered Trade In Vehicle.

Swift efficient service

Service was fantastic, video of checks excellent, coffee machine fab. I think your missing a trick by not getting sales team to speak to waiting customers. I have now asked for a valuation for my car with a view to trading in on two occasions whilst having work done but no one has spoken to me from sales team.

They couldn't find the squeak noise when it was in. I brought it home and same place I reverse the squeak happened and has everyday since when i turn car top of street where I live. I couldn't be bothered to ring again

I took my car an Audi A6 all road for a free check at wearside audi and was looked after throughout the whole experience by Francesca Ramshaw , firstly the dealership gave a full account of the work needed to my vehicle with a parts and labour quote . , these prices were e mailed to myself by Francesca and I am at the minute comparing prices for the work needed. I must say that Francesca has gone all out to assist me with the pricing and paperwork needed for the work to be done and she will be forewarding me the Audicam video of the work needed to my car, and she even phones back when she says she will ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend wearside audi and the staff to anyone , thanks for a five star service and I mean that most sincerely, Thank you Tom Spraggon
