After an original error (through no fault of Audi), Gareth was very responsive and carried the job out as a gesture of good will. Friendly, informative and reliable service. Very happy customer and glad this is my local dealership.

Sadly i missed out on buying the SQ5 as i was away on the day following my initial enquiry. James at Wearside Audi did his best to contact me so respectfully i cannot fault his drive and motivation. I unfortunatly did not see his messages / or voice mail until the following day by which time the car had sold direct to an online buyer. James did respond & informed the car was no longer available. Cannot fault James Vasiri @ Wearside Audi. Meanwhile i will keep looking.

Having arrived at branch there was an error with booking. This was quickly sorted and received excellent service Excellent service from start to finish. There was an issue on booking when arrived, however this was quickly sorted. Friendly helpful members of staff
