Just thought the car was there a long time from the appointment at 8.25 and it was only for an oil change. Had to ring to see if it was ready at 2.50 . Picked it up after 3.

Everything was perfect

Kristian showed good knowledge about the etron GT but I have decided I am not quite ready for the charging constraints imposed by the vehicle.

It was my first experience with Wearside Audi, as I usually take my Audi TTS to the Newcastle branch, but despite contacting them in December they had no availability for the ‘Collection Service’ or a ‘Courtesy Car’, to which I was rather surprised but I was subsequently able to alternatively arrange the Annual Service & MOT at Wearside Audi. I was most impressed with the Wearside Team, from the phone call I received the day before, to the collection, Service, update phone call and Video-cam, to the return of my vehicle. The whole team were all very professional, friendly and courteous - and I would certainly use the Wearside branch again. The Sales Manager is also a really nice man, who provided a value for my car which I had requested, without any unnecessary sales pressure, and with consideration for me being in a dilemma about whether to part with my vehicle - which certainly inspires confidence in any future dealings with Wearside Audi. All in all, I was most satisfied with Wearside Audi, and I would most-certainly recommend them!

Very happy with the service

From the receptionists to the manager, all were extremely friendly and very helpful. We felt like family by the time we bought!
