Overall very good service in my opinion, the only thing that stopped me from purchasing the car was the confusion on the 2 years service plan which the sales man offered me from the first conversation..but when I was about to purchase the car I was told there was no free service with this car 🤔 that put right off purchasing the car as that’s what I was promised from the start of the process.. The sales executive Sarah who I dealt with was wonderful. She explained everything about the deal that I wanted. On this ocassion I just couldn't do business with you because my budget was just below what I needed to secure the Q7, however, unlike other sales people that I have dealt with, I truly believe that she pushed and pushed for the deal to be completed. I also know she called me when she wasn't meant to be in to help me. Too often people use these surveys to complain but I'm delighted to tell you that Sarah is friendly, professional and a credit to your organisation. I had a flawless experience at Lookers Sunderland, the staff were fantastic, the facilities were spotless, I was truly taken care of. The servicing price was very competitive and wonder why I ever went elsewhere with my Audi’s. I would like to highlight a mechanic Thomas Rutherford. He updated me about my car and was fantastic, he was ensuring that I was fine and had been looked after. This is well above and beyond the level of service I would expect from a mechanic and he truly is a shining example to Audi. Overall I look forward to further servicing with my Audi vehicles and no doubt a new car purchase in the near future. Thank you.
