Poor communication - I dropped the car off at 9,40am. According to the text alert tracking it was still in for servicing at 4.55pm. I phoned the garage and they confirmed the car was just coming out of the service area. They kindly sent a car to collect me. I thought this was above and beyond and send my upmost appreciation for this. However I was then handed the wrong keys to my car. I did not receive the health check video I was promised. I had no documentation that the recall had also been completed. Over a week later the Audi app was still showing it outstanding so I contacted the garage. They were unable to confirm over the phone if it had been completed and said they would phone me back. I also mentioned I was still waiting on my video. 7 days later I’m still waiting for them to phone me back. The Audi app is now showing that it has been completed but I think it would have been courteous to phone me back as promised and still no video. The tracking system was still showing that my car was in the garage so the alerts for decontamination, ready for collection and collected were outstanding. I’m unsure if my car was decontaminated. I did request that the car was not washed externally. The service appears to have been completed to a high standard and that’s all that matters but I am disappointed in Admin communication.

Salesman Martin Blight was excellent to deal with, he knew the Audi brand very well and he kept me updated on build and delivery dates throughout the buying process.

On the day I was not as pleased with the overall experience as I have been previously. Although the working on the car seems to have been taken care of without issue, other than the video inspection.
