Lewis was marvellous - patient, informative, helpful and always there to help and support, he was never pushy, made the transaction so easy - would definitely re visit Wearside Audi who I only visited in the first place because my sister purchased a Q3 and she had such a great experience so we are now both converted Audi drivers

Would just like to complement you on having Kristian Drysdale on the Audi Team. He is so kind and understanding and put me at ease when test driving an automoatic car which I have never done before. He is a very pleasant and helpful person and goes out of his way to assist with anything he can, prior to you buying a car and following up on how you are doing after too. Excellent service provided.
