Sarah Tait was my saleswoman and she was amazing. She was very welcoming and made me feel very valued as a customer. This is my first Audi and my Wearside Audi experience has been fantastic from start to finish! I absolutely loved the presentation of the car when I picked it up , it was like unwrapping a big present! I will definitely be returning to Audi to buy my future cars.

Need heating fixed it was freezing winter day and had to wait for car to be done and it was cold not good for a disabled person. Other than that excellent service
