Very professional from start to finish. On handover we found a damaged rim that needed repairing. Unfortunately I am still awaiting a call to rectify this issue.

Rebecca Brannan the service advisor was very helpful from initial contact regarding some warranty work my car required. The service and communication so far has been faultless, I have no issues regarding the service. My car still has an issue to resolve but I am certain Wearside Audi will be able to resolve it when I book my car back in.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating and Melissa took the time to chat and show me around the vehicles. The showroom and external used car area were really well set out and vehicles were very presentable. This all makes a visit to a Lookers garage a great experience.
