The salesman Martin bright was very good . Not pushed but was very knowledgeable about the products

Staff were very helpful and had time to chat through the service and the car. Felt less rushed than at other dealerships and as a result more pleasant experience. Only improvement I would suggest would be a facility to say drop the keys off earlier as 8am which became 8.15am was a bit late to then get to work. It's more important now as the ability to get a lift has been removed due to Covid.

Mitch was overwhelmingly helpful. Can’t fault the whole experience. Will definitely get our next car from Wearside Audi.

The experience of the buying process was first class especially the handover of the car with the use of a special delivery bay and the car being covered over - it was brilliant! Kris Drysdale who dealt with my purchase was very professional from start to finish - well done to all!

The only issue I had was with the curtesy car. I drive an automatic Q5 and was given a manual Seat Ibiza. Whilst I do appreciate the curtesy car, I found it difficult to drive given I’m not used to a manual.
