Staff dealing with me we first class

The sales staff where outstanding, Hughie healy looked after me and was very helpful and knowledgeable, great service.

The car should be returned with the settings as when it was left . For example the automatic hand break has been disabled when I collected the car.

I received an advisory that the wiper blades should be changed every year however I have a service plan that covers these. Wasn’t apparent that they knew about my service plan until I highlighted this on collection. They changed the wiper blades immediately though once highlighted.

The deal offered didn't meet our current budget.

I'm always satisfied with Weaside Audi sales and services departments. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and do everything to satisfy their customers. Thank you

If possible a fixed period of say 4 hours to complete the work instead of having to leave your car all day.

Bought a £90,000 SQ8, in May 2021. Since then it has been in the garage for over 4 weeks with various issues. Car is still currently in the garage for a Central Locking Fault, they have currently had the car 3 weeks, fair enough I've been given a Courtesy car, but I bought an SQ8, a courtesy car doesn't really cut it to me. So at the moment very disappointed with Audi Reliability, I previously had a Range Rover Sport, which I had for 4 years and I had less issues with that, and they were supposedly notoriously unreliable.
