We just would like to say that we received excellent customer service from Kevin Fawcett during our purchase and throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date with what was happening and how things were proceeding and nothing was too much trouble for him. A very good experience all round.

Very professional service albeit for a minor fault with the keyfob. Had to wait longer than I expected but facilities at Audi Wearside meant I could work in comfort while waiting, so not an issue.
