I think it would be better to book directly with service centre rather than a call centre type of booking centre

Sales man was great no pressure at all.

The guys at wearside Audi were excellent and the service was commendable. I will be going back there in the future. The only issue I have is with the q3 audi system which is awful and massively basic to what I'm used too. My fault should have checked first .I have always used Evans halshaw but not anymore. Greg the guy who did the purchase needs a special mention, top guy.

I visited your dealership with a problem with the car only to be told I would have to book a appointment.I was concerned with the warning displayed but I wasn’t aware that someone would not be available to give me a statement on the fault. I made an appointment for a later day which was await on site appointment only to be told the work would take a further 3 to 4 hours. I stated I couldn’t wait a further 3 to 4 hours . I decided to book collect appointment which was good but no phone call was sent to me on completion and return of the car ,not very professional.

From start to finish the service was great we felt listened to and nothing was a problem very professional and polite .

Lewis was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This is the second Audi that I have purchased from him and it will certainly not be the last. He is a credit to the dealership and I would simply not deal with anyone else.

My last visit was a considerable improvement on my previous 2 visits. Communication with me via the "vehicle's progress through the service centre" app was excellent. Additional work identified and undertaken as agreed in a timely manner. Car returned to me within an acceptable timescale. Thank you.

Mitchell did an excellent job. He wasn’t dealt a good hand initially as the vehicle I had come to see had been sold before my arrival and the initial salesperson was busy. He picked up the problem and dealt with it in a very professional manner and we came away with the car. The only issue I would like to highlight was a question over vehicle checks as after less than 300 miles the low oil warning light came on which I wouldn’t expect after just collecting and the vehicle going through the 100 item check list and also after 500 miles the Adblue needed filling!! Some checks they were. Again I just want to highlight that Mitchell dealt with the whole sale in a fantastic and professional manner.

Mal collected and returned my car. What a lovely, professional and very pleasant man he is. A true gentleman.
