Kristian Drysdale was very professional and helpful. He sourced a great vehicle for us, however, we have decided to purchase our existing Audi instead.

I visited two other dealerships while looking for a car, Land Rover and VW and the Audi dealership was the only one where I was given the confidence to purchase a car that I really liked. Kristian our sales exec was first class from start to finish. He even personally drove the etron from Sunderland to our home in Scotland.

My sale and offers was not communicated to the service plan team and when I went for my MOT which was free, I was asked to pay for this and the service team had to get the authorisation of the sales team to confirm this which was an embarrassing situation for myself

I wasn’t aware that you only had appointment bookings, I mistakenly called at the dealership with what I thought was a minor problem only to be told I would have to book a appointment, I had travelled from Durham. I attended the appointment the following week which was a waiting appointment only to be informed after 1.45 mins that the work could take 3 to 4hours what did I want to do. I stated I could not wait that period of time and requested a further collect appointment which is organised for the 2 September. I feel something could have been done at my first visit. I feel strongly that I could have been dealt with more sympathetically.

Mitchell (Boyce) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Although i did not opt to purchase an Audi on this occasion, my experience of dealing with Mitchel and his professionalism ensures I would recommend the dealership and Mitchell to any friends or colleagues who are considering a new car purchase.
