After care could be improved. I have requested information about a service plan on two occasions and I am still awaiting contact to be made.

It will be seen that I only allocated 1 star for the booking process. As opposed to speaking to a stranger in GLASGOW I much prefer to arrange things in person with the local staff members.

Pod Point could do with a few tips from you on customer service

We thought that the electronic "paperwork" was a bit OTT but we know that this is governed by Lookers and not the Wearside Dealership. We were astounded by the charge of £25 for petrol on a £20,000 car. Friends and family who have all bought cars within the last few months were also shocked as none of them had experienced this. All were given at least half a tank with no charge.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service from Audi. Mitch was very helpful and always kept me in the loop. Always attentive to the needs of the customer.

I had actually took the car in the day after it was booked in (my mistake) the staff could not of been more helpful, there allowed me to leave it and have the service complete without any problems at all... excellent customer service !
