I appreciate that having agreed to additional work - 2 new tyres and transmission oil - my car would need to remain in the workshop longer than the original agreed return time of 1200, but I didn't expect it to be after 1700 and that I would have to contact the dealership late in the afternoon to find that out. Hence 2* rating for communication.

I had a tyre replaced and I was travelling to Scotland the following day, I recieved a notification from the car to check my pressure and I was nowhere near a petrol station. When I came to inspect it, the back tyre was much higher than the others. I would have expected this to have been checked before I collected my car from the dealership.

The salesman was fantastic but I had to go back because there was no inflation kit in the boot and the car had a tyre that was very low on tread. Called Kristian the salesman and he replaced the tyre and ordered a inflation kit for me which was excellent service from him
