The car had to return because it needed 4 new tyres which weren’t in stock. It would be easier if I could phone directly the person dealing with the service

Both Kristian And Lewis were great. Very helpful, unfortunately Audi finance is just too expensive compared to BMW and Mercedes. The cars I was looking at on Sunday were around the same value on the road, The finance came out as… BMW £309 per month, mercedes £330 and Audi A3 £410. Brilliant customer service from everyone I spoke at Audi Sunderland.

The salesman was really friendly, although it would be nice to have received more communication throughout the whole process just to keep me up to date with what was going on. After purchasing the car, I was contacted by the salesman who sold me the car to ask if everything was alright with the car. I responded to say the dataplug from the dataplug connectivity upgrade box was missing, yet there has been no response after this. It seems like as soon as they sell the car, they do not care about helping customers, so there is a lack in after-sales care. It would be nice to actually get the dataplug I was supposed to get with the car eventually, although this seems unlikely...
