very easy to use the system. Didn't use online booking system as limited on dates available. The quality of the service delivered and the flexibility of car collection and return to home address. Friendly staff and good customer service.

I’m not the best with technology lol but Audi make it very easy to check in on line I’ve always had excellent service so much I bought my recent car from Wearside Audi and everything went perfect the staff are amazing very friendly and can’t do enough for you 10/10 Friendly staff and always excellent service
