Didnt use online booking as I made the appointment for the work following a previous visit. Have previously had no issues with online booking Did what was expected, fitted part required & returned the car. No issues.

Although the service was good, it takes a very long time between the request and finally getting the vehicle booked in, I appreciate you may be busy but having to book sometimes over a month in advance is a major inconvenience
