Easy to use, and was contacted by Audi soon after booking in, who took details of the fault and then gave me a convenient day to take my car to the dealership. Friendly welcome when I arrived at the dealership. Had a short wait until I was met by David, who took me through the procedure for checking my car for the fault.

I bought my vehicle through a distance sale with Adam. He was incredibly helpful throughout, answered my questions, send videos on small queries. Handover was a breeze and Adam took his time to show me all the features and set the car up for me. Car is perfect.
