I made contact with them on the morning I was advised my can needed to be taken into the guarage to see if a car would be ready. They advised someone would return my call. I received a call a couple of hors later advising I would be getting a hire car. I heard nothing else until the afternoon which was the hire firm advising they would clean a car and take it to Audi for me to collect. They advised they would ring me 30 mins prior. No call was made and I was contacted by Audi advising the car was there. The car was far from what I expected. I pay for the privilege of driving a high class car, however was provided with a seat. I asked when my car would be ready. I was advised early the following week as only certain mechanics can look at ekectric cars. Over a week later I have had no communication from Audi regarding my car. As it was booked in for the 15th Jan I feel they have just left it until then to be repaired which is not acceptable. I have always bought cars from BmW and they provide their own brand cars if any repairs are required. I would have expected this from Audi

Handover was carried out really well by Hughie, who made the whole process very straightforward and it went really smoothly. However, the lights in the handover bay weren't working, so it was quite dark, and I couldn't see the car very well, which was a little disappointing.
