I found it very flexible and convenient to book at any time of the day. I had a prompt response and offered a suitable appointment. I have medical conditions which make it almost impossible to take the vehicle in, wait and take it home. I noted this and your colleague made an appropriate appointment. Very happy. The driver who picked up my vehicle is lovely and very personable. Always cheerful he has picked my car up several times. I have problems taking the vehicle in and picking up, due to health conditions. The webcam mechanic was also very cheerful and informative on the video he sent. Not a monatone in site. When checking in, the work to be carried out wasn’t 100% clear, I had to contact the service dept to clarify exactly what was included in the service. Everything went as planned, on time, without any hiccups.

It was all a little bit "over the top", having a big reveal from under a cover etc
