Hughie at Sunderland audi was a fantastic help went above and beyond to help me get my new car. Had slight teething problems with a couple of issues after purchase but the service department booked me straight in and sorted faults. Be definitely returning for a car in future.

Ease of use Always friendly and helpful at Wearside Audi Even though I couldn’t afford to get new fuel system £15000, due to fuel pump failure , which by the way had nothing to do with fuel as I only put premium fuel in and have never put petrol in and there was no water contamination at the garage that I use. Sounds like material issue with the fuel pump to me , think Audi have let me down this time . I’ve had new fuel system fitted £3,900 £11,000 cheaper than your quoted!!!!!

All the paperwork was completed efficiently, and instructions about the car were very clear

FInding from service rated as red urgent however some tyres had over 56% tread left on. Not really a reliable indicator of urgent work required, more a drive for Aui to carry out unnecessary work at that given time Dylan who first met me when I dropped my car off

Everthing was straight forward from booking in car until delivery after the service. A great report was sent to my phone which could not have been better.

Online service was easy to navigate Staff efficient and pleasant. Progress on car was well communicated.
