Service over all was excellent, however car wash let it down, very poor, back wind screen dirty and only clean spokes on alloys.

The staff were frendly and helpful ann listened to a concern we had. I have had to give the waiting area 1 star not because it was lacking in ant aspect in fact it is normally very good but because we were told when we booked our appointment on the telephone that we were unable to wait there as there was no room and this was incorrect.
