As previously stated process was seamless and booking on line was quite easy to do. Excellent customer service as always. Regularly informed of progress of work. I picked my car up and it had been washed and cleaned.

Easy to understand and use My Audi was returned in 2 and a half hours on this occasion. Which meant less waiting around time for me. On other occasions it has taken hours as there never seemed to be a car available for me when my car needed the service and MOT. I must also mention Rebecca who was very kind and helpful in helping me take out a new service plan which was the All in One Audi plan. She is an asset to Westside Audi.
