I booked an online appointment for my car, which I was then told did not exist . The first free appointment was the 6 weeks ahead for a car that did not work and the advisor was incapable of understanding that. I gave my five star score for Becky, who is always brilliant to deal with, no matter what my issue. She really helped me through a very confusing issue and sorted me with an alternative car quickly. This is not a Looker issue, but dealing with the Audi customer service centre via chat/ email/ call was an absolutely horrible experience. In addition Audi roadside assist could not even be bothered to come and look at my car, but made me do a single check before referring me to Looker. Therefore Looker had fault report to refer to. Thank goodness that the process was so much better once I was handles by the dealership.
