From my initial contact all the way to collection of my vehicle, my experience can only be described as first class. The team at Wearside Audi were friendly, polite, professional and above all totally helpful throughout, nothing seemed to be a trouble to them. In particular, I would like to say a big thank you to Dan Shale who guided me through the whole process and provided me with a vehicle that exactly met my needs. It was a refreshing to deal with a young man who I am sure will forge a great career in a competitive marketplace as he allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision and handed over to me a vehicle that was beautifully prepared and presented, at a price that matched my budget and with a great warranty to offer some future protection. Dan's manager Paul was also very helpful and again added a nice extra into the package that was something that really made a difference to me. Had been looking for Q3 for sometime. As I stay in the north of Scotland I phoned to find out more about the car I purchased. Spoke to sales about the car and was very impressed with the sale rep. Travel down to get car and again the sales team were excellent. Delighted with my Audi Q3.

I was asked to speak to a member of the sales team, while my vehicle was in for its first service. I had not intended to swap or re new my vehicle when handing it over for the service. They were initially very helpful, when I mentioned I may prefer a smaller vehicle next time as my circumstances had changed. They sourced a vehicle which was 2 years older than the vehicle I already own. I informed them I needed to think about this , as it may be false economy swapping to an older model. When I emailed them my reply the following day ( as both the sales person and his manager were off) I received no reply. I have to say I was a little disappointed by this. I would have expected a reply thanking me for getting back to them with a decision, at the very least, having given unexpectedly, an hour of my time to them in the first place. This wouldn't put me off purchasing from Audi again, but has left me feeling like you only matter to the sales team, if they think they may secure a sale from you.
