Disappointed in that the inspection of the car prior to my collecting it failed to notice the rear number plate was not fixed correctly I had to take the car back the day after I collected the car to have that problem fixed. Having traded in a car in which I left the four mats I purchased it was also disappointing to find Honda had removed the mats from the used car I purchased from them whilst I recognise it's all about the 'bottom line' in my view this does not present a good image particularly when purchasing a used car!
