While I was there I inquired about a roof rack for my new Audi and they manager offered one at a discount when I contacted garage about it a few days later they said they would get back to me about it the same day-but haven’t been back that was seven days ago

Great and polite service from all staff members, even a smile and a hello from your staff that didn't deal me was shown. I had great assistance from Gareth who helped my me upload myAudi on my phone and assistance to complete the process on collection. Took the lead to get a minor repair completed by requesting autorisation to Leaseplan, without bothering me or the need for a follow up appointment. Returned the car when you said it would be ready, cleaned in side and out which was a nice touch. You can honestly see the difference when dealing with Audi Wearside. Over all a friendly pain free appointment... thank you

Very helpful Lewis was fantastic he kept me up to date with everything Paul his manager was there oh handover Even called to make sure I made it home to Aberdeen safely

After initial problem following a repair, the garage responded superbly and could not have been more attentive. Much appreciated was the personal response from Gareth who went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Brilliant customer service.

The gentleman I handed the car to, the two ladies (are we allowed to use that term nowadays?); I spoke to on the telephone later that day, (I'm afraid I don't have their names). As well as the young lady Rebecca, who handed the car back to me; were all helpful, polite and friendly. Excellent service all round. Please give them my compliments.
