Questions 4 and 5 are not applicable as I did not visit the showroom.The only disappointing thing was that the email I sent confirming that I did not wish to proceed was unacknowledged,which when I was in business would have been below my company's service standards.

Great service from Lewis Cummings, travelled an hour for my new car without seeing it previously and it was presented to me looking immaculate in the show room along with a bottle of wine! Thank you so much again. Will definitely use this garage in the future.

I can't fault the team at Audi Wearside, however, i am waiting for a follow-up from My Audi as I have a problem with my entertainment system James and Sam were very helpful and professional
