Great service from the garage. Very well informed and when vehicle was collected I was given a full update by Gareth Bulmer. No fault was found but I was fully updated on all the checks and updates that were performed.

The person dealing with me at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel welcome and helped me with a query about my car wing mirror without hesitation. This is the first time I’ve visited Wearside Audi and it was a very good experience.

I got the car back on Friday all fixed. I had to return today to book it in again for 2 days as the same problems have occurred. This time I have been given a courtesy car which is a big help to me and my wife.
