While I didn't use Lookers on this occasion I was treated well and my overall experience would mean I would deal with yourselves in the future. Lewis and a Melissa were a credit and I would deal with them again. Unfortunately the nature of why I haven't is that other dealerships are offering overall better packages right now. Otherwise I would have kept working with them both

Following booking through central bookings team I recieved a link to provide more details of the issues though this was discussed in detail when making booking. I duly completed this yet it was never passed on to the dealership completing the work and I had to repeat it all when the vehicle was dropped off. Given there where concerns that there wouldn't be time to complete the required software update I was surprised time was wasted on the wide health check that I neither requested nor needed. The issue with the mms and solution of a software update are known a widely documented , why wasn't there a recall on the vehicle to resolve the matter.
