As discussed with Gareth (Wearside Audi) the following day, I had expected a brake fluid change as discussed with the booking agent, albeit as Gareth explained it was not necessary. The wipers were flagged for replacement (Red) on the report but this was not communicated to me verbally when contacted on the day to confirm the service has been completed. I was unaware also that the video message contained a link to add the wiper replacement to the service.
