When booking service and explaining to the call centre an issue they were of no help unlike the garage and only wanted to book in for a scan before even listening to me. Garage itself was okay

I spoke to Fran about an issue I had with my car, she was able to confirm this could be covered by the used car sale warranty and arranged for the work to be done the same day. Extremely pleased with the extra work being completed saving me a further visit to the department.
