From entering the showroom for the first time to driving my new car away, I was totally satisfied with the service I received. Sarah Tate with whom I was dealing with was brilliant, she explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated every step of the way to collecting my vehicle. Couldn't fault her or Lookers Audi.
