The oil change and MOT was carried out as l expected from Audi.

Really happy with the service. A little bit disappointed that I was due my £500 deposit back within 10 working days and I still haven’t received it, it didn’t take 10 working days to take it out of my account. The car also has lots of white marks on it. These do rub off but I think it must be from where the guardex has been applied and not rubbed it fully.

We were very impressed with Kristian Drysdale. After having a horrible experience when changing our A3 for an A1 in 2019 (due largely to Audi Financial Services) Kristian went out of his way to smooth the process this time. We are very grateful to him.

I would really like to thank Brian for all of his help - he was fantastic as he realised when I initially came in for a new car, it was a little out of my price range and he had a look for a second hand car which would still fit what I was looking for, but would be more affordable. He found a great car, helped with an amazing deal and left one happy customer! He unfortunately was away when I picked up my car, but he made sure all of the paperwork was pretty much sorted beforehand and went through everything with me so when I picked up, it was an easy process.

Very happy with the personnel I dealt with. I feel I must comment that the pricing structure is very high and puts a lot of people off from using a dealership once the warranty has expired.

Service manager was great helped me and daughter while waiting for car to be done ✔️ 😀
