People would stay longer if you raise the price in smaller increments and no more than once a year.I’d like to give a shout out to Scott and Lester who work there and I’ve worked there for a while and have we’re extremely helpful in the move in and the move out! If they hadn’t helped us with extra blankets, trolley, etc. it would’ve made our moves much more difficult so we really appreciated their assistance!No longer affordable.

Nothing, if I wasn’t moving out of Houston I would’ve stayed longer if needed. My experience with West 18th Storage was excellent!I became a customer in 2019. The staff at West 18th Storage has been exceptionally helpful, accommodating and kind. They were always available to answer any of my questions and concerns. I never had to worry about security or my things getting ruined. Mr. Scott was the best part about being a customer here. He was always so friendly and super helpful.
