Very pleasant and accommodating when inquiring and renting storage shed. All info was explained in detail. Very friendly staff!

When I first called to inquire about the availability of a storage unit I spoke to Vicky and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me all of the information for the size unit that I was looking for. She told me that there were no units available at that time but would put me on the waiting list. She called back the next week and told me one was available. Again, Vicky was very friendly and helpful and explained the whole process and I rented a unit. The process was very quick and easy. Vicky emailed me the documents that I needed to sign and it was easy to sign them electronically and send them back. I just did this today, so I have not yet visited he unit, but I feel confident that access will also be easy. Vicky told me the hours and assured me that she or Colleen would be available during business hours to answer any questions or help in any way.

Vicki was a tremendous help in getting us setup. She made the whole process very easy and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. She is very professional and caring.
